We are seeking a Project Officer to join our Operations Team on a fulltime ongoing basis. The role location is flexible within one of the Office and Sport’s Centre, ex-Olympic Venues, or Offices.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, six Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.

**About the role**

The Project Officer performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with organisational objectives.

The Project Officer will be supporting and contributing to enhance and improve our commitment to operational excellence across 10 Sport and Recreation Centres and six ex-Olympic Venues.

The role will also support other key priorities and assist in responding to emerging issues.

In this role you will be required to:

- Provide project and operational leadership, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans.
- Undertake research and analysis in assigned project areas to assist in the development of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning.
- Lead the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Consult with various stakeholders to ensure successful project development, implementation, and review.

**About you**

You will have the ability to support and undertake project management in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders whilst managing their expectations and balancing competing priorities. You foster a positive customer experience, and you are technology savvy.
