- Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team in Bundoora, Victoria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in participating in recreational and social activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of clients.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in disability support work preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Essential criteria:

- The right to work in Australia
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Working with children check

**Salary**: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
