Bundoora, Australia ARC Support & Care Full time

ARC Support & Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and live independently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Supporting participants in community access and social activities.
- Helping participants build essential life skills.
- Monitoring and reporting on participants' progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A caring and empathetic approach to supporting others.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
