**How will I help?**

PPP provides services to the Westpac Group in the areas of Property, Procurement, and Group Protective Services (physical security, business continuity, and crisis management). The General Manager, PPP is supported by the Business Manager to the GM PPP and the Portfolio and Delivery Team (reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, PPP), in the management of PPP-wide initiatives including operations, transformation, delivery of key projects, people, culture, communications and events.

This role exists to provides operational and organisational support to:

- the PPP Portfolio and Delivery team, by assisting the Chief Operating Officer, PPP and the Portfolio Delivery Director on key day-to-day operational priorities and change initiatives; and
- the office of the GM PPP, by assisting the Business Manager to the GM, PPP with reporting, communications, events, people initiatives, and business controls and monitoring activities.

**What do I need?**
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including ability to prioritise work items from multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management
- Action orientated, proactive and autonomous
- Comfortable in dealing with complexity and ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong influencing skills desirable
- Experience in existing Westpac payment systems and HR systems and processes preferred
- Prior experience in team assistant / co-ordinator roles or similar preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline
- Commercial and business acumen
