About the Role

As the Business and Operations Manager / Integrator, you will hold a seat critical to the ongoing success of the business. You'll be the glue between the visionary business owner and the rest of the business.

Your five key responsibilities:

• People Management (LMA) – Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable both onshore brokers and a team of offshore operational staff.
• Issues Solving & Problem Resolution – Proactively surface and resolve issues to keep the business running smoothly.
• Business Improvements & Efficiencies – Identify and implement better ways of working across the team and processes.
• Client Satisfaction & Service Delivery – Ensure a seamless, outstanding client experience across every touchpoint.
• Execute 90-Day Rocks & 1-Year Goals – Drive the strategic priorities and keep the business plan on track to measurables and growth targets.

About You

We are looking for a pro-active, self-driven, superstar who:

• Has experience managing both operational and sales teams within a professional services environment.
• Has a background in mortgage broking, aggregators, or lending - highly preferred.
• Is an exceptional communicator with strong commercial acumen.
• Loves solving problems, improving systems, and coaching people to higher performance (minus the micro-management).
• Thrives on accountability, structure, and making things happen.
