As National Account Manager for Coles and some key national independent groups and wholesalers, you will work closely with the Head of Retail managing strategic national customer accounts to achieve profitability and strategic outcomes for their portfolio. Key priorities will include range reviews, joint business planning and performance review meetings, forecasting and demand, promotional planning and strategic planning for both their customers and their sales team.

Key responsibilities:
**National Account Management**
- Build and maintain relationships across the category buying teams, promotional teams, state teams and committees for each of our strategic customer partners and allocated customer accounts - National and State based.
- Proactively network within our customers and banners groups to identify and address customer needs and secure opportunities for the business
- Coordinating, planning, presenting, and negotiating Range Reviews, sales proposals, promotional activity, and account management plans in coordination with National Business Manager and other relevant internal stake holders to ensure clear articulation and execution of business priorities and agreements and optimise opportunities for their products.
- Hold regular business reviews with customers (category Manager / Buyer) to identify opportunities for products and to highlight and address any challenges or issues

**Financial Performance**
- Set and monitor sales targets for national accounts and collect and analyse sales data and trends for improvement and growth opportunities
- Manage financial performance of customers against targets
- Evaluate efficiency of sales deals and discounts to maximise profitability

**Events and Education**
- Attend and participate in Brick Lane festivals and Events
- Sell in and host product demonstrations/beer education sessions to customers
