**Job Overview**:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Country Manager within the framework of CV’s vision and mission. This role entails carrying out daily duties as the Marketing Manager.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Implement, manage, and protect CV’s brand identities for all internal and external audiences.
- Set annual marketing plans and budgets in line with the Country Manager and Department objectives.
- Ensure the implementation, management, and protection of the brands for all internal and external use.
- Develop marketing and communications strategies and tools in line with marketing guidelines, and work with the marketing team to create new or culturally relevant strategies and tools.
- Design and manage engagement, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital, search, social, and traditional media platforms in line with global guidelines.

Manage representation at events, including sponsorships.
- Collaborate with region and country-based community teams to achieve business and marketing goals, especially in areas of social media engagement, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Work with the content team to guide content development based on market needs, using both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of projects, campaigns, and activities.

Undertake, interpret, and report on market research campaigns, including conducting surveys and focus groups.
- Manage schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Represent CV in a positive manner.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Christian Ethos.
- Proactively maintain a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all regulations, CV policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Attend all required general staff and team meetings.
- Undertake professional development as needed.
- Follow all occupational health and safety requirements of CV.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding CV's affairs and its employees.
- Hold any necessary licenses.
- Stay informed on the latest methods and technologies.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Maroochydore, QLD 4558: Relocate before starting work (required)
