**What We Offer**:

- **Structured Probation Period**: The initial four weeks of employment will be a training/probationary period during which you will be employed on a casual basis with an above-award wage hourly rate. Upon successful completion of this period, you will transition to a full-time position where you will receive an above-award annual salary with 12% superannuation and unlock commissions, bonuses & incentives. Our staff are some of the highest earners in our industry due to the nature of contracts we have with our clients.

**Your Role**:
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be acquiring new customers for our clients through face-to-face interactions at various events. You will play a key role in driving results by meeting sales targets and KPIs while representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: You must have prior experience in a sales role with demonstrated results.
- **Results-Driven**: A go-getter attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- **Strong Communicator**: Confident in engaging with people face-to-face and building rapport.
- **Full-Time Availability**: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
