**The Role**

This role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their marketing journey or those with a few years of experience who are looking to build on their skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment. We're open to recent graduates, current students, or early-career professionals in Business, Marketing, or Communications who are eager to grow and make an impact within a fast-paced hospitality group.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Launch and promote events to drive ticket sales
- Support the management of social media accounts, content creation, and engagement.
- Help monitor and analyse marketing performance and customer engagement.
- Contribute to brand strategy, and venue-specific promotions.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- **Instagram** - Create and share posts, Reels, broadcast updates, and manage DMs and community engagement.
- **Facebook** - Create events, post content, engage with groups, and manage messages.
- **Meta Business Suite** - Schedule content, run paid ads, analyse metrics, and generate performance reports.
- **Canva** - Design social media graphics, event posters, and in-house marketing materials.
- **Now Book It** - Extract guest data, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

- Creative flair with an eye for good design and branding
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Strong analytical thinking and basic data interpretation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for hospitality, events, and creating engaging content
