Ninti Training Limited (NTL) is a registered not-for-profit organisation based in Alice Springs, with staff and contractors based in other States and Territories. NTL’s key focus is training and education, and operates a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 70018) to deliver VET qualifications from the Health, Community & Age Care sectors, Foundation Skills, and First Aid. Ninti Training works to influence better employment, training, and professional development opportunities for First Nations Australians, by building a workforce that is skilled, confident, and competent. NTL works collaboratively with employers and communities to deliver relevant training to remote, regional, and urban settings.
Reporting directly to the General Manager Business Development and working closely with Ninti’s Executive Leadership Team, key responsibilities of this pivotal role include:
- implementing the strategic direction, growth, and continued viability of the organisation;
- overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic positioning of NTL as a quality RTO within ASQA Standards and within scoped activities;
- monitoring and managing funding grants, agreements, and fee for service contracts;
- identifying new markets and growth opportunities for NTL;
- providing effective leadership to the geographically dispersed team of staff and contractors;
- maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement and business process efficiencies.
