Great Opportunity for anyone with a history of Support roles and or training responsibilities. Will be part of a project implementing the new system. Supporting stakeholders and reporting issues.
- Contributing to the enhancement of the systems by advising of potential improvements.
- Collating and creating documentation and user guides for area of responsibility training and becoming an expert user of systems in area of responsibility
- Contributing to the development of business rules that mandate the correct use of the system and testing of the business rules
- Identify and communicate risks to Business Change Consultant
- Contribute to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of the Project.
- Contribute to the generation of ideas for the improvement and review of work practice

It is important this this person has an ability to establish excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Has demonstrated flexibility, innovation, creativity and ability to work effectively under general direction, both individually and as part of a team. You will be effectively managing high volumes of work, determining priorities as to meet agreed timelines and objectives. Continuously analysing and conceptualising problems, formulating and executing appropriate solutions.

Required experience:

- Experience in document and/or procedural writing.
- Experience in the use of personal computers and a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills
