**The role**

Based in Findon SA, you will be responsible for delivering both standard and nationally recognised training and assessment courses to our clients across South Australia and will ideally come from a similar role within the Fire industry.

You will be required to regularly travel to interstate locations including Western Australia and the Northern Territories as needed. The training programs focus on warden training, emergency evacuation procedures, first attack firefighting, fire drills and developing emergency procedure manuals and evacuation diagrams.

This role will report to the National Training Manager. You will be part of a national team involved in delivery of fire safety measures for a wide range of Chubb’s clients. Ideally you come from a similar role within the Fire industry or have skills that can easily translate over.

This will involve:

- Delivering training services either at Chubb’s or the client locations.
- Production of evacuation diagrams using tablet-based infield software (Plan Studio).
- Reviewing and/or developing site specific emergency evacuation procedures.
- Chief/warden, first attack firefighting and emergency evacuations.
- Life safety training in First Aid, CPR, Low Voltage Rescue.

You will need or be able to demonstrate the following:

- 2 years’ + experience in a Trainer/Assessor role.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory).
- The ability to travel interstate and intrastate as required.
- Fire Industry exposure and/or Emergency and Medical Response (desirable).
- Fire Aid Certified.
- Current Drivers Licence.
