Desktop Support Technician L1/L2 for a top Insurance company. Supporting AV/VC infrastructure and systems.

**Your new role**
- Providing technical support and assistance to video conferencing equipment and rooms.
- Assist in the setup and running of scheduled meetings with the business
- Provide guidance and education to staff so they get most of the technology
- Managing a direct contact line for AV issues/enquires
- Managing competing demands and the ability to prioritise tasks as required
- Demonstrating a cost-effective approach to solutions and problem management
- Engaging in collaborative practices with the Desktop Support Team, working to achieve common goals

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience supporting AV/VC infrastructure and systems
- Experience using collaborating tools and technologies such as Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams
- Experience with meeting room hardware setup/troubleshooting
- Supporting a medium/large scale corporate environment
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL practices
