The Presentation Scheduler is part of the Programming team reporting to the Senior Program Manager. Responsible for creating daily transmission logs for 7Bravo.

**Job Description**:

- Create daily transmission logs for 7Bravo ensuring correct placement of channel promos
- Correct timing issues working with Programmer
- Ensure appropriate placement of Channel Promotional content
- Ensure appropriate creation and placement of Secondary Events (Certification Bugs & Zips)
- Ensure topical timings are completed daily
- Run daily Real Time reports for 7Plus
- Ensure a high standard of on-air presentation is maintained, which includes conducting final log checks
- Download drafts and final schedules for transmission
- Liaise with Seven and Amagi on late changes / schedule issues
- Assist Programmers with Universal TV AU & NZ schedules
- Assist with entry of program information into broadcast system and enter all relevant program details
- Assist with ad hoc programming related tasks
- Ensure all deadlines are met while working to tight schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the confidence to work with a broad range of internal and external parties
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Accurate data collection/entry and processing skills into required broadcast support system
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a flexible attitude to working on ad hoc duties
- Positive attitude and solid team player
- An interest in working in media and developing a career within the broadcast industry

**QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS**
- You must have the right to work in Australia i.e have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
