About Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS)

ACAS operate independently of Catholic Healthcare and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Older Australians are assessed for the care and services they truly need. Our ACAS team is expanding, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join the team.

Responsibilities

- Scheduling assessments and prioritising as required and communicate scheduling changes to clients and assessors
- Matching assessments with assessors who have the appropriate skills and availability, while optimizing their schedules
- Ensuring all data is entered accurately while adhering to comments or alerts
- Providing strong administration support to ACAS staff
- Escalating complaints to Customer Service Team Leader
- Providing quality customer service in all communication to all clients and representatives in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Documenting all interaction with clients and representatives

Qualifications

- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Scheduling/rostering experience preferred (experience using Skedulo would be amazing)
- Excellent planning, organising and problem-solving skills
- A high degree of computer competency
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Commitment to exceptional customer service both to internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check
