Role Overview

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from talented and driven
Project Schedulers
at all levels to join our dynamic team delivering high-performance data centre projects across Australia. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we want to hear from you.

As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align timelines, identify risks, and drive performance.

�� Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Integrate design, procurement, and construction activities into a unified master schedule
  • Track progress and update schedules based on actual performance and forecasts
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of deliverables
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and critical path analyses
  • Support project controls functions including cost-schedule integration and earned value analysis

�� Qualifications & Experience We are hiring across all levels, so requirements vary by seniority:

Mid-Level 3-7 years in construction/ Primavera P6, stakeholder

infrastructure (Data Centre) leadership

General Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in data centres, infrastructure, or commercial construction (highly desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
