**Care and Leisure Support Coordinator
**Mayflower Brighton is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and caring, Care and
Leisure Support Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract.

As a Care and Leisure Support Coordinator, you will work alongside our clinical team to ensure
residents maximize their leisure and lifestyle options to enhance the quality of their life. You
be responsible for, planning and leading the care and leisure team in the delivery of a
comprehensive lifestyle program that enhances resident’s recreation options and quality of
life.

**About the role**
- Fixed Term Position with the opportunity to extend
- Possibility to move to Care and Leisure Assistant role at the end of the contract
- Location -Based at our Brighton Aged Care Home.
- Develop, implement and evaluate lifestyle programs.
- Ensure resident’s individual recreation interests are established and facilitated.
- Assess and monitor the social, cultural, spiritual and lifestyle needs of all residents in
- the program.- Promotion of recreational opportunities within Mayflower and the broader
- community.- Identify and address team member education needs in response to resident care

needs, complaints, incidents, clinical indicators, audit results and feedback.
