**About the Office of the Provost**
Led by the Provost, the Office of the Provost supports the achievement of the vision and objectives for education, people and community set out in Advancing Melbourne 2030. The Office of the Provost portfolio sits alongside other divisions (Research, International, Strategy & Culture, Administration & Finance) within Chancellery, and is responsible for strategic leadership in:

- Education and student experience, including curriculum, teaching, and learning quality and innovation, learning technologies and spaces, student wellbeing and engagement and widening participation for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- People and Community, including Human Resources, academic and professional staff careers, University community-building, diversity and inclusion for students and staff, and the Respect at Melbourne program.
- Indigenous strategy, including research, education and engagement, student and staff planning, truth-telling and cultural heritage.

The Office of the Provost works closely with Faculties, other areas of Chancellery and external partners.

**About the Role**
As a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator (Student Wellbeing) for the student life team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning, delivery, and reporting of a wide range of initiatives across the University community. With a wealth of stakeholders to work with, you will be a key liaison, fostering collaboration and communication to guarantee the smooth and efficient implementation of the new Student Wellbeing & Mental Health Framework.

Reporting to the Program Manager (Student Life), you will be responsible for managing project interdependencies and aligning them with the University's strategic priorities across key areas and faculties. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results, you will be committed to delivering projects on time and to the highest standard. With your proactive approach and ability to think strategically, you will be an instrumental member of the Student Life team and a valued asset to the University.

Other responsibilities include:

- Support the coordination and delivery of a range of initiatives related to implementation of the University’s Student Wellbeing & Mental Health Framework across key University areas and faculties;
- Provide governance support for working/reference groups, meetings and other activities including preparing timely and accurate agendas, minutes and reports;
- Support communications initiatives including event management and content development for websites and collateral;
- Prepare succinct and accurate reports, briefing papers and presentations tailored to key University committees and audiences including senior executives.

**About You**
You are a professional coordinator committed to working collaboratively, understanding different perspectives and developing new initiatives. You also need to have a proven track record of working effectively with various stakeholders to build trusted relationships. Your attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and research and synthesising skills are also essential for you to strive success for the role.

You will also have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience and success implementing and/ or coordinating student and/or wellbeing focused programs, initiatives, or projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, research and synthesising skills to distil complex perspectives into succinct advice and guide decision making.
