Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
**The Opportunity**
HCA’s Forrestdale Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator.
Reporting to the REMAN Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage New Starter inductions, Site Entry Process
- Process purchase orders, invoices, organise and schedule training
- Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave
- Compile information required for internal & external audits
- Production order preparation and timely closure for all REMAN service invoicing
- Assist in other general Service administration tasks
- Maintenance of local databases to track WIP
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable
- Tertiary qualification i.e. Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
- Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and data bases with office experience
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
