The role
Sandvik is currently looking for a Warranty Service Administrators to join our very busy team in Kenwick, WA. The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective service and ‘Work in Progress’ (WIP) management and back up administration support.
This role will play an integral part in the service operation by supporting the team and providing excellent customer service and execution of administration tasks for internal and external customers.
This role is a full-time requirement, however Sandvik recognises the desire for flexible working options.
Areas of responsibility- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding warranty issues- Provide guidance and assistance to customers to support the warranty submission process- Manage timeframes on warranty claims to ensure deadlines are met- Facilitate internal warranty parts orders and parts returns- Participate in Work In Progress (WIP) reviews- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Centre- Raise and receipt purchase orders- Create dispatch and return documents- Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Finance on customer credit issues- General administration, data entry, invoicing and raising service entries as required
**Profile**:
You will be a confident user of the Microsoft suite of products and experienced in Aurora or similar enterprise management software. To perform well in this role, you will require excellent time management skills and be highly organised.
