Small Repairs Claim Administrator

**What you do**:
To utilise the Claims management tools to support smooth and consistent handling of work by the building panels by providing guidance and communicating pro-actively with the builders and client to mitigate delays. The key focus for the team is to facilitate the claim lifecycle by auditing and communicating action needed from the receipt of claims to
after invoicing is complete.
**What your main responsibilties include**:
**Client Accountabilities**:
- To ensure the highest standard in all contacts and interactions with the Internal and External stakeholders (written / phone / face to face).
- Provide quality follow through and excellence in service in all dealings with customers and client companies.
- To operate within the claims management tools, pro-actively anticipating client needs and following up with builders to progress claims prior to clients needing to act.
- Pre-empt client frustration by encouraging builder updates and claim progression.
**Financial Accountabilities**:
- Ensure relevant costs are paid and client billed correctly.
- Ensure correct handling of claims via process oversight and work with builders to progress claims as required.
- These outcomes are to be achieved whilst demonstrating the Allianz People Attributes
**Repair Management**:
- Ensure Builders meet the required service levels and support kpi improvement at the claim level by intercepting claims sitting at a status too long.
- Provide regular reports on claims needing KPI attention to mitigate delay or SLA misses.
**Property Claims experience.**
- Demonstrate strong customer focus, and possess the energy and tenacity required to succeed in a rewarding and challenging environment.
- Provides superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Be familiar with claim or case management with the focus on ensuring work progresses smoothly.
**Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills**:
- Able to make decisions swiftly and put decisions into practical use.
- Intermediate understanding of data handling to share KPI reporting with builders as required.
**Communication Skills**:
- Ability to communicate, influence and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the business.
- Background in claims or case management and customer service is advantageous.
- An intuitive thinker - able to adapt and tailor communications to appropriate audiences
**Professional Approach**:
- Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candour in daily work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated ability maintain consistency in work day to day, with an attention to detail.
