- Develop, manage and continuously review the OPS Group Asset Management Plan on a quarterly basis, ensuring it supports the Group Maintenance Strategic Plan.
- Undertake and monitor the preventative maintenance processes such as oil analysis, condition monitoring or vibration analysis, as well as predictive maintenance processes like lubrication and sensory inspections, and periodic component replacement.
- Identify and establish opportunities for refurbishment of client-owned equipment, by offering maintenance planning services for longevity of their plant and equipment.
- Conduct analysis of company and client processing plants, to ensure current maintenance schedules achieve mineral processing optimisation and output.
- Use and analyse both past, and current maintenance data to predict future maintenance requirements, including parts, labour and other requirements
- Develop a yearly Maintenance Plan Strategy for the OPS Board, including a quarterly forecast of all scheduled major works on heavy plant and equipment.
