Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team on a Full-Time Basis. Full training will be provided and the successful applicant must be highly motivated, with the ability to set-up, monitor, and maintain the machines and equipment used in our production lines.

**Duties will include**:

- Setting up equipment and production machinery as required by the manager
- Assisting with production line set up and break down repairs, in adding to reporting potential process improvements
- Modifying bulk materials for use by production equipment
- Operating various production machinery and tools
- Creating progress reports and incident reports as necessary
- Undertaking regular inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure production capacity, and reporting any issues with machinery to managers
- Performing quality testing on finished products
- Overseeing packaging procedures and assessing packaging integrity
- Following and ensuring others adhere to health and safety guidelines

Skills and Experience:

- AQF Certificate III or above, or at least one year of relevant work experience
- Good technical understanding and be able to quickly and effectively diagnose and treat minor technical problems
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Adhere to safety practices for health and well-being
- Adaptable and flexible with a positive, responsible attitude
- Proactively contributes to the team
