Planning

To implement plans and initiatives for material procurement and supply planning processes, being key person for Australia & New Zealand planning activities and direct the process which includes the planning of procurement, inventory control, logistics and distribution.

Inventory Management

To implement plans and initiatives for inventory of all materials to ensure inventories are maintained at well level in Armacell's and distributor's warehouse. Build checks & controls to ensure smooth flow of materials and to maintain inventory accurate record and tracking systems. Receiving, storing and dispatching goods efficiently and analyzing inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Warehouse Management

Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean and safe. Manage warehouse layout and storage methods. Supervising and training of warehouse staff when needed. Implement and enforcing warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Demand Management

Closely work with local / regional team especially sales team in identifying demand and generating forecast for each product category & ensure product availability. To implement plans and initiatives for the S&OP process for the business with an objective to achieve OTIF.

Logistic and Supply Chain

Coordinate with supplier to ensure timely delivery of incoming goods and optimise transportation and delivery routes. Managing inventory movements within warehouse and between locations wherever applicable.

Vendor Management

To implement plans and initiatives for supplier selection and evaluation strategy to evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, commitment, and conduct regular audits

To implement plans and initiatives to build competitive supplier base for purchasing areas of Production, Consumables, Capital and Maintenance requirements based on suppliers’ quality, technological capabilities and financial performance.

Regulatory Compliance

To implement plans and initiatives for all related trade compliances in supply chain & to ensure the timely filing of various returns

Order Fulfillment Management

Maximize customer satisfaction by ensure seamless order fulfilment process with an objective to achieve OTIF, handling escalated customer complaints and provide problem-solving. Generating performance reports and providing recommendations for improvements.
