**The opportunity**

Lead the charge in driving conversions, nurturing leads and enhancing customer loyalty. Craft data-driven campaigns that resonate with our B2B customers and achieve exceptional results. Partner with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life and continuously optimise performance for maximum impact. Be at the forefront of medical device marketing and shape the future with us
- Plan and manage tactics and objectives in line with relevant stakeholders to support lead nurturing, conversion, retention, cross-sell or up-sell;
- Formulate campaign briefs based on a learned knowledge of customer triggers, interests and behavioural patterns;
- Plan data selection, segmentation and prepare campaign lists. Ensure the systems can support data selection required;
- Improve ROI and customer lifetime value across all campaigns;
- Drive customer insight through the business;
- Plan, create and test campaigns;
- Liaise closely with the product managers and business managers to define understanding of the brand, and support commercial campaigns

**Experience required**:

- Track record of delivery of campaigns, in particular, communication and complex campaigns;
- Track record of delivering multi-audience digital campaigns in a B2B environment;
- Excellent organisation and project management skillset
- Pro-active and results-orientated.
