As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead with deep expertise working with UK heritage buildings and more broadly within the construction sector to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth in Australia.
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company’s goals for growth and market expansion.
- Heritage Expertise Integration: Leverage experience in UK heritage and listed building regulations to position Barnsbury Joinery as a trusted expert in this niche market in Australia.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to design campaigns that generate leads, increase conversions, and drive revenue.
- Content and Brand Management: Develop and oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms while highlighting the company’s expertise in heritage and conservation joinery.
- Event and Partnership Management: Represent Barnsbury Joinery at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities. Build strategic partnerships with architects, conservation specialists, and industry stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay informed about trends in heritage construction, marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to keep Barnsbury Joinery ahead of the curve.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Heritage Expertise: Demonstrable experience working with listed buildings, conservation areas, or heritage properties in the UK (mandatory).
- Construction Sector Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the construction industry, with specific expertise in joinery or bespoke craftsmanship preferred.
- Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, ideally in the construction or heritage sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading marketing teams, managing budgets, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong skills in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with a diverse audience.

Annual base salary between $80,000 -$100,000 depending on skills and experience, plus bonuses and additional company benefits.
