BROWNS English Language School (BROWNS) is a creative and forward-thinking global education organisation, welcoming international students across campuses in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne. We currently have an opportunity available on our **Brisbane **campus.

**Job Purpose**

The Campus Manager is pivotal at BROWNS English Language School, ensuring the student body is managed and coordinated effectively. Their duties include supervising academic operations to improve students’ educational experiences and assisting the Academic Management Team. Additionally, they collaborate with fellow Campus Managers to facilitate seamless school operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with teaching staff to design, update, and implement curriculum strategies aligned with language acquisition principles.
- Regularly review and enhance course materials to meet the evolving needs of English Language learners.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular assessments of teaching methodologies and materials to maintain high academic standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with ELICOS regulations and accreditation requirements.
- **Staff Management**:

- Lead and support academic staff through effective communication and mentoring.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage educational resources, including textbooks, software, and multimedia materials, to support effective teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and address resource needs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Facilitate professional development opportunities for academic staff to enhance their teaching skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Encourage continuous learning and the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the ELICOS sector.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with others to ensure seamless coordination between academic and non-academic functions.
- Engage with students, parents, and external partners to address academic inquiries and concerns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- CELTA (or equivalent) (DELTA qualification desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in ELICOS curriculum development and academic management.
- Strong understanding of ELICOS regulations and accreditation standards.
- Relevant ELICOS experience in a management or supervisory role in Australia.
- Strong management and interpersonal skills, included demonstrated ability to engage, motivate and manage teacher performance.
- Strong MS Office and student management system skills.
- A high level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships and influence others effectively.
- Valid Blue Card (QLD Working With Children Check).
- Full working rights in Australia
