What’s the job?
- Reporting to the National Campus Director, the Campus Life Coordinator is here to ensure that our Brisbane campus is engaging, accessible and collaborative, supporting and providing learning spaces for our students, partners and the local community.
The Campus Life Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the campus activation strategy developed by the National Campus Director as well as supporting the experience of all students on campus, while providing specialist assistance for the International Students linked to the campus.

Principal Accountabilities of this role:
- Student Engagement & Experience: Coordinate campus events, orientation, student activities, and international student support to enhance engagement, ease transition, and foster a positive university experience for all students.
- Communication & Collaboration: Manage communication channels like newsletters and digital signage; collaborate with campus staff, SRC, and accommodation providers to support student welfare and under-18 compliance.
- Health, Safety & Security: Maintain campus safety by managing risk registers, supporting inspections, and ensuring safety systems and procedures align with legal and organisational standards.
- Service Delivery & Administration: Assist with campus administration, ensure service level agreements are met, and support national initiatives to improve student satisfaction and campus operations.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Promote a culture of CX excellence, use student feedback to enhance services, and actively contribute to innovation and team initiatives.
We Are Looking For:
- Apart from being an energetic and positive individual, we believe the new Campus Life Coordinator for our Brisbane campus should have:
- Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles with proven ability to deliver exceptional service and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Energetic, Engaging & Positive Attitude: Brings enthusiasm, happiness, and a proactive mindset to create a vibrant campus environment and positively influence student and staff experiences.
- Organised & Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet KPIs, and work independently while taking direction when required.
- Relationship Building & Team Collaboration: Skilled at developing strong relationships across teams, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals and improving the student journey.
- Compliance & System Knowledge: Working with Children Check (WWCC) eligible, with experience using systems like Microsoft Dynamics and awareness of compliance in student welfare and events.
