Overview

Campus Experience Specialist — CQUniversity, Brisbane campus. In this key role, you will help ensure the campus operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing a wide range of activities, from building maintenance and event coordination to reporting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee campus operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
  • Coordinate building maintenance, events and stakeholder engagement with staff, students, contractors and the wider community.
  • Support campus events and maintain accurate records; contribute to budgeting and reporting; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional service, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to quickly develop knowledge of policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and database systems.

  • Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90, % superannuation and leave loading)
