Campus Experience Specialist — CQUniversity, Brisbane campus. In this key role, you will help ensure the campus operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing a wide range of activities, from building maintenance and event coordination to reporting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities- Oversee campus operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Coordinate building maintenance, events and stakeholder engagement with staff, students, contractors and the wider community.
- Support campus events and maintain accurate records; contribute to budgeting and reporting; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional service, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Ability to quickly develop knowledge of policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and database systems.

- Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90, % superannuation and leave loading)
- 17% superannuation (with the choice to join an award-winning superfund)
- 6 weeks annual leave (including Christmas and New Year closure)
- 10 days personal/sick leave, plus 5 days carer's leave
- 7.25 hours engaged service leave
