New opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Retail & Consumer team, based at Yennora, Sydney, where you will provide financial and commercial management to a key beverage customer.
As Commercial Manager you will support effective financial management, agreed levels of cost-effective service to customers and continuous improvement of site operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Partnering with the GM of Retail Transport; State Managers & Site based Operations Management- Establish sound invoicing processes and monitor compliance to ensure complete, accurate invoicing that results in complete revenue capture and improved working capital performance- Work closely with the BU Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis of business trends and performance- Maintain and produce budgets and quarterly forecasts for your portfolio- Develop, maintain and distribute accurate and timely productivity and performance measurements, reporting and analysis both internally and externally in line with company policy and contractual obligations- Develop sound and accurate cost/financial models generating NPV / IRR Evaluations, What if scenario and sensitivity analysis etc.
To ensure your success you will possess:
- 5+ years in a commercial / finance / management accounting role- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills- Excellent analytical capability and sound commercial acumen- Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems.- Ability to contribute to, implement and manage business plans.- Strong project management and report writing skills.- A background in transport, warehousing or logistics highly advantageous
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business or Logistics- CA/CPA an advantage to on way to completion.
