We are seeking a highly accomplished Commercial Real Estate professional to lead and grow our International Property Advisory. This senior role, based in Sydney, offers full autonomy, equity participation, and immediate access to existing deal flow across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

The Role

As Commercial Real Estate Director, you will:

Build and strengthen relationships with investors, property owners, developers, and family offices.

Source and secure off-market listings through trusted networks and strategic outreach.

Lead capital raising initiatives for property acquisitions, funds, and joint ventures.

Assess market trends, asset values, and financials to inform investment and sales strategies.

Negotiate with high-net-worth and institutional investors to close major transactions.

Collaborate with lenders, advisors, and legal professionals to structure complex deals.
