**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Liaise with departments across Aussie to create and deliver an internal communications strategy that will engage and delight our staff
- Partner with managers and leaders in every department to ensure consistent messaging and appropriate channels are being used
- Ensure all staff are kept informed and connected
- Liaise with the Integration Communications Lead to ensure transparency between BAU and Change comms
- Ensure our internal communications are clear, concise and purposeful, but also engaging and relevant
- Be creative, using written, visual and interactive communication solutions
- A new role at Aussie to create and execute an internal communications strategy.
- Deliver consistent and thoughtful communications to engage and delight, as well as inform and connect all staff at Aussie.
- As a specialist in internal comms, you will deliver the strategy in-line with Aussie’s future goals.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we’re looking for
- An unequivocal commitment to the Aussie values and using them to make decisions
- An understanding of the telco industry
- Previous experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including a strong commitment to Plain English and an innate ability to tell stories
- A strong attention to detail
- Skills in project management, proofreading, content management, and reputation management
