**About the role**
NAB Group Property manage and protect the Bank’s investment in over 400 retail branches, 30 business banking centres and 11 commercial buildings.
The primary function of the Training Consultant will be to design and deliver training programs for the Workplace Services (Property) Team. This will include induction sessions for new starters and then on-going specialised training sessions to continue to uplift the team’s skills and focus areas.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Interact with the other Training and Education providers within NAB to ensure that our programs are consistent with NAB’s overall capability uplift strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Design and development of a comprehensive training and education program for all Workplace Services colleagues within the Group Property Team.
- Delivery of training to new starters and the ongoing education needs of other colleagues.
**What you will bring**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in presenting to large groups
- Design of training programs and resources
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem solving
- Strategic thinking
- A commitment to customer and colleague service excellence
