The Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated
Training Consultants
to join our team on a
contract basis
, with opportunities available in
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide
, and
Japan
(or for consultants fluent in Japanese).

In this role, you will be responsible for the
design, facilitation, and implementation
of high-impact training programs. You will have demonstrated experience delivering
face-to-face and virtual (video conference) training
, as well as
on-site coaching
.

This role requires flexibility to
travel interstate and internationally
, supporting a wide range of clients across diverse industries.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
    – preferred but not essential.
  • Strong
    analytical and reporting skills
    , with the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation
    skills across diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional
    organisation and time-management
    skills.
  • Self-motivated
    with the ability to work independently and remotely with professionalism and initiative.
