**Your new company**

An amazing opportunity to work for an education organisation based in Olympic Park. This is a permanent HR Advisor role based in Sydney with both office and WFH flexible with a salary of up to $95,000k plus super.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for all HR Generalist activities.

Key areas will include:

- Maintain all HR processes including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, contracting, performance reviews, staff leave.
- Develop and provide training in HR matters as required, including coaching and mentoring managers on how to successfully manage staff.
- Drive, influence and develop a compelling company culture.
- You will be responsible for induction of new staff and coordinate training for employees and managers.
- You will also be responsible for HR advice provision, ER queries, retail award interpretation and coaching over performance management issues.
- Employee relations advice and HR processes You will take on responsible for the administration of performance appraisals, remuneration reviews, HR contracts and HR policy development.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must have experience of working as an HR Advisor, Junior HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and busy team, You will ideally have experience working in the not for profit or have a passion to work within this area.
