HR Advisor | Public Sector | North Sydney/ 1 day WFH | 3-6 months | $50ph + Super

**Your new company**

Your new company is a Public Sector organisation located in North Sydney close to the train station.

**Your new role**

As a HR Advisor, you will work within a busy and collaborative HR team looking after the employee lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Employee lifecycle, reviewing inductions and offboarding
- Providing advice on policies and procedures
- POC for employee queries
- Managing grievances and performance management
- Reviewing programs of work
- Case management
- Award interpretation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role as a HR Advisor looking after the employee lifecycle
- Ideally, you will have experience in both white
- and blue-collar environments and/or Local Council experience
- Ideally, you will have experience with Modern Awards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

**What you'll get in return**
- This is a temp role for 3-6 months with an immediate start date
- Hybrid work arrangement with 1 day WFH
- Location North Sydney, walking distance to the train station
- Hourly rate $50ph + Super
