Are you an experienced recruiter ready to make a real impact? - We’re looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days/ week). This is your opportunity to lead high-impact hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services roles throughout APAC, with a focus on ANZ and Singapore. - You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your recruitment expertise will shape our talent strategy and elevate our employer brand across the region. - What You’ll Be Doing- Own the Process: Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services roles across APAC.- Champion Inclusion: Execute inclusive, high-impact campaigns that reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging.- Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and best practices to optimise recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. - Requirements: - 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating success in proactive sourcing and strategic recruiting.- Proven success recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services in ANZ and Singapore.- - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Familiarity with ATS Workday platform.- Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset. - Benefits: - Flexible working arrangements - Base salary + commission - 6x Flexi AnyDay (pro-rata): knock 2.5 hours off your day - Me Days: additional 3 days of annual leave for qualifying employees - Engaging, fun & inclusive culture: check out the MRI Software APAC Insta feed and stories - About us: - From the day we opened our doors in 1971, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software solutions to improve people’s lives.
