OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB- To coordinate deliveries of customers products to their end users in line with required timeframes and service specifications.- To schedule various team global express and external resources to provide a consistent and reliable experience for the involved stakeholders.- To assist management with aspects of training relating to all functions of the customer operations fulfillment team.- To assist management with a consistent and reliable training experience for the involved stakeholders.
- PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Consolidate information received regarding deliveries being scheduled and communicate this through to relevant parties.- Enter relevant information into various CRM/ERP/TMS systems from Toll and its Clients to correctly invoice and track deliveries throughout the process.-
- Process notification communications in line with agreed standards and timeframes.- Communicate timelines and operational requirements to customers in line with task specific SOP’s.- Complete relevant reports and documentation as required.- Comply with all Toll Safety SOP’s and requirements.
- SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information with clients- Transport experience with a focus on dispatch and allocation.-
- Understanding of reporting and KPI’s across a diverse range of business functions.

Business- Resource management and operational capacity planning.- Time management to suit organizational objectives.- Toll OH&S policies and corporate governance.

Human Relations- Firm and fair management of Contractors- Building effective relationships with all stakeholders
- ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES- Always Acts with integrity and ownership.- Dedicated to customer service and providing positive outcomes for our valued clients.- Safety-focused and empathetic to contractors and other stakeholders- Effective and accurate communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
