Key Accounts Sales Support – Entry Level

Full-Time | Based in Rosehill NSW | FMCG / Sustainable Packaging Industry

We're looking for an enthusiastic Key Accounts Sales Support team member to join our Head Office in Rosehill. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build a career in sales and customer account management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our Key Accounts Sales Team, supporting the day-to-day management of some of PAC Trading's biggest brand customers. You'll assist with:

  • Preparing quotes, tenders, samples and product information packs
  • Coordinating with Procurement, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with accuracy and care
  • Maintaining customer data and order records
  • Providing proactive communication to ensure every customer receives the exceptional service they expect and deserve
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
  • A great communicator who enjoys solving problems
  • Comfortable working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders
  • Professional, positive and thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Ideally experienced in customer service, administration or sales support (but not essential – full training provided)
