Thrive Rosehill is our 44 place centre located in Western Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant educator to lead a team of educators. This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic company that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in their people.

We are looking for an educator with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families, and colleagues.

**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development in relation to the approved learning framework, other contemporary theories and the Thrive curriculum
- Support educators to critically reflect on each child’s learning and development and on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Reflect on educational pedagogy as part of everyday practice
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Uphold strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best
