Part-time Accounts Payable Officer | Lower North Shore | 3 days a week

This is a newly created Accounts Payable Officer to join a manufacturing company based on Sydney's Lower North Shore. In this role you will be working will a close knit team in a growing environment
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance manager you will be responsible for:
- Processing and paying vendor invoices
- Maintaining supplier master data
- Maintain payment records and filing systems
- Monitoring the AP Inbox and handling any queries
- Preparing and allocating costs to correct G/L accounts
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Assist with AP Month end duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have at least 3 years experience working as a Accounts Payable Officer. you will have the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously. You will have strong communication skills and will be confident to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also have strong attention to detail and experience using large ERP systems
