This **temporary two-month contract** is a **remote position**, perfect for someone ready to dive into financial tasks, ensure smooth supplier payments, and collaborate with our amazing team. You’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic work environment where we value precision, organisation, and teamwork.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a diligent and organised Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a temporary two-month contract. This remote position involves managing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments, and supporting reconciliation tasks. You will be using the ordering and inventory system, Restoke (experience with Restoke is not necessary, as training will be provided).

**Key Responsibilities**:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation.

Manage payment runs and maintain timely transactions.

Reconcile supplier statements, promptly addressing and resolving any discrepancies.

Maintain organised financial records and proper documentation.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to handle inquiries effectively.

Support month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
