This stable and friendly organisation, based in the CBD, is looking for a full-time (or 4 days a week) Accounts Payable Officer.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will report to the Finance Manager and have the following responsibilities:

- Processing invoices
- Reviewing expenses
- Assist in processing payment run
- Creating profiles in the finance system
- Communication regarding payments and expenses with both internal & external parties
- Processing of month-end journals, as required
- Adhoc duties as required

As part of the small, dynamic team your role will be varied so you will have a flexible, open-minded attitude. You will have some prior experience as a Finance Assistant/Accounts Payable Officer. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across a business at all levels.
