We are looking for a marketing maverick who's ready to take our client's brand to the next level
You'll have complete control over your domain and be able to unleash your creative genius on the digital world.
We need someone who can make our client's customers feel loved and keep them coming back for more. Plus, we want you to get the word out and attract a whole new wave of loyal fans through some seriously creative and attention-grabbing campaigns.
You'll be reporting directly to the GM of Operations and collaborating with some seriously talented creatives and e-commerce experts. This isn't for the faint hearted, so get ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with some end-to-end digital marketing domination.

What you will be doing.
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across all media channels
- Maintain a marketing calendar with campaigns and activations
- Identify and ideate on high-potential creative assets
- Create content for social media channels and website
- Conduct regular A/B testing and analysis to optimise ROI
- Report on marketing performance and KPIs
- Recommend and develop strategic alliances to increase brand awareness
- Manage a marketing budget and ensure strong ROI
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and trends
What we are looking for.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role
- Sound knowledge of marketing communications and brand building
- Applied performance marketing experience, including experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO principles and techniques
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (bonus)
- Strong copywriting skills and proven success in evolving a brand's voice
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative approach
- Project management skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
- IDEALLY - experience working for a retail/fashion business.
