As a fast-growing entertainment destination, we are excited to announce the opening of a new position in our Keilor venue.

**About The Role**:
We are seeking a fun, dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of the Keilor location. Reporting directly to the Multi-Site Manager, the Venue Manager role will be responsible for all aspects of operation, ensuring excellent customer service, enforcing safety protocols, and leading a team through the support of a 2IC, junior, casual, and part-time staff.

**Main Duties**:

- Working Thursday to Monday during operating hours.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing of the venue.
- Ensure the venue is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to and enforce operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Create and oversee staff rosters as per wage budget.
- Hire, interview, train, and mentor staff.
- Foster a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure safety equipment is clean, functional, and readily available for customers.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and required errands.
- Responsible for employees' performance and success.
- Monitor and manage any maintenance and repairs.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or entertainment.
- Experience in leading successful teams and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve and implement improvements.
- Able to work with flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with adhering to budgets and possessing above-basic computer skills.
