Our stunning orchards in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, are preparing to welcome the Blossom Festival and Cherry Season, and we’re on the lookout for passionate team members to help bring these events to life

**What you'll be doing**:

- Opening and closing the venue
- Overseeing daily operations and coordinating logistics
- Ensuring all customer facilities are top-notch for our visitors
- Completing daily cash-ups and sales reports
- Managing staffing levels to maximise efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service.

**About you**:

- You have your own vehicle and a full driver’s licence.
- You speak fluent English (written and verbal), and being multilingual is a big plus
- You have a strong background in customer service and team leadership (you’ll be leading teams of 20+ people)
- You’re confident in handling customer complaints and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- You have event or venue management experience.
- You’re an excellent communicator and motivator, capable of giving clear instructions and getting things done.
- You understand and oversee Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities.
- You are available to work weekends and commit to the full season (late August to mid-late January).
- You’re team-oriented, reliable, and highly organised.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.50 - $35.15 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
