**The Role**: As the Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment for staff and customers alike. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Yuca as we continue to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including rostering and staff management
- Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Collaborate with the head chef to ensure seamless food and beverage service
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and venue promotions
- Manage bookings and reservations, particularly for events and peak periods
- Handle venue compliance with health and safety regulations

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a venue manager or similar role in a high-volume café or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends
- Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and staffing schedules
- Available to work weekends and nights when required
