**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our passionate Marketing team as a Marketing Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in driving the iconic Stegbar and Regency Showerscreens & Wardrobes brands in an exciting period of transformation.

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our branding strategies, growing our builder partnership program, and supporting a wide variety of key strategic initiatives. Working with some of the most reputable brands in the industry, you will collaborate with external agencies and our internal teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns which will ultimately contribute to our continued growth and success.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Drive strategic marketing and positioning strategy for Stegbar and Regency
- Prepare and implement the annual marketing plan
- Prepare annual marketing budget and manage marketing budget and expenditures
- Drive Stegbar’s positioning in the Energy Efficiency space
- Own and drive content creation framework and brand storytelling for our Showroom and retail strategy
- Oversee and drive e-commerce marketing strategy
- Support new product launches via internal and external campaigns
- Manage relationships with preferred agencies and partners
- Develop marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement
- Maximise outcome of media channels to drive business objectives and awareness
- Work with the digital team to maintain online tools
- Develop a strategic external comms strategy and content framework
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral and support tools
- Provide direction, guidance, and leadership to the Stegbar marketing team

**About You**

Your tertiary qualification and previous corporate marketing experience will help you to hit the ground running, while your professional, friendly approach will help you to thrive in this varied and exciting role.

You will have:

- A degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, business or similar)
- Minimum of 10 years of corporate marketing experience
- Background in multi-channel marketing
- Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience working with and managing agency relationships
- An interest in building design, interior design or architecture (preferred)
