**About the Role**: We’re on the hunt for experienced and reliable Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) Operators to join our growing traffic management team. You’ll play a vital role in protecting road crews and the public by operating TMA vehicles across major infrastructure and maintenance projects throughout Melbourne.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Safely operating TMA trucks in live traffic environments
- Supporting traffic control teams with setup and pack-down
- Monitoring site safety and responding to dynamic conditions
- Being the frontline of protection for workers and drivers alike

**What You’ll Need**:

- Valid TMA Operator certification + HR drivers licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Traffic Control Level 1 (essential), Level 2 (preferred)
- Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset
