We are currently working on multiple major projects, new and existing, throughout Melbourne's South-eastern suburbs. We are looking for reliable and Experienced Traffic Controllers/ Team leaders and TMA operators to join our team and grow with our business. With a strong pipeline of work, now is the time to jump onboard and be rewarded with consistent shifts, progression opportunities and to be the benchmark in the industry.

Duties:

  • Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events
  • Use of Stop/Slow Bat to control traffic
  • Implement and monitor operational Traffic management plans
  • Complete vehicle pre-start checks
  • Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment
  • Complete site hazard assessments and implement control measures to suit the site
  • Report on site hazards and near misses
  • Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times
  • Obey instructions from team leaders, foremen, or inspectors and auditors
  • Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public

Skills & Experience:

  • Traffic controller experience
  • Valid Traffic Control Accreditation
  • OHS Card
  • Full driving license with Confident ability to drive manual vehicle
  • Availability to workdays, nights and weekends
  • TMA ticket is highly regarded.
